中文摘要： 本文通过藏语的音节结构、汉藏同源词的比较等几方面的材料，探讨了藏语声母演变的几个问题，主要结论：在无前缀和前缀为m-、ú-的情况下，原始藏语不送气的清塞音和塞擦音在藏语中变为送气音；藏文基字加下加字l的声母组合主要是甲类复辅音，即由前置辅音加上l的辅音序列，其中的前置辅音是一种次要音节；原始藏语的Cl-型复辅音在藏语中通过耦化演变为舌尖塞音；原始汉藏语的浊辅音有送气与不送气的分别。

英文摘要： Through an analysis of the phonological system of Tibetan and through a comparative study of Sino-Tibetan cognates, this paper studies several issues related to the evolution of the initials in Tibetan, with the following discoveries:
1. When following no prefix or prefixes being m- and ú-, voiceless unaspirated plosives and affricates in Proto-Tibetan become aspirated in Written Tibetan.
2. Consonant C- of the consonant cluster Cl- in Written Tibetan is fundamentally a pre-initial consonant or so-called minor syllable.
3. The consonant cluster Cl- in Proto-Tibetan has developed into alveolar plosive in Written Tibetan.
4. There are two series of voiced consonants in Proto-Tibetan——aspirated and unaspirated.
